Meese and some other members of studio C, present originally, first got the idea for such a show during BYU’s on-campus sketch comedy group. Meese personally had to meet his best friend, Jared Shores, to pitch the idea to him. He is now known for the multiple roles he plays in the sketches as an actor and also as the show’s head writer.
